I was asked to join Kikx immediately after my departure from Goanna. This was a complete “head stretch” to absorb and adopt.

Kikx was soaked in a lot of previous history and styles yet it was extremely focussed and knew what it wanted to do.

It stylised itself as a Post Punk, New Wave band integrating influences from Glam Rock, William S. Burroughs, European arts, fashion and design, the visual arts, experimental media and new music technology as well as traditional rock and roll instruments.
