Rick Griffiths was a founding member and bassist for the first Goanna band line-up. He decided to form his own band with brother Peter to pursue singing and songwriting his own material.

Ross Harrison had come from a background of playing in numerous sophisticated jazz rock and techno-rock bands in Melbourne. We adopted a posture of daggy irreverence and played original songs and covers drawing from rock, blues, US country and jazz influences. Played residencies at The Argyle Hotel and Deakin University Geelong.
